Information about right to withdraw

Regarding the completion of a distance selling deal, costumers have the lawful right to withdraw, which DOMI informs about within the lawful regulations regarding order forms as well as during the order process in the DOMI webshop. 

Costumers, who are consumers according to the consumer protection law, have the right to withdraw from their contract without giving reasons within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product onwards, including the day of delivery. The withdrawal period is granted, as long as the declaration of withdrawwal is sent within the period of 14 (fourteen) days.

In case the delivery happens in parts, the withdrawal period begins with the delivery of the last missing part of the order.

In case the customer withdraws within the open period from the contract, DOMI is obligated to immediately refund all payments (incl. packaging and delivery fees) to the customer, at least within 14 (days) from reception of the withdrawal statement onwards. If not agreed on in a differing manner, DOMI will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as was used by the customer for the initial transaction. The costumer will not be charged additional payment or fees for the reimbursment process.

In case the costumer has used up their DOMI sense aromas in full or partly at the time of the withdrawal declaration, DOMI can request an appropriate remuneration as value replacement.
